Asia Pacific AdFest Postponed
The organizers of the Asia Pacific AdFest have just announced the Festival will be postponed until May.
We will therefore be conducting the competition to select the country’s representatives to AdFest, as well as Cannes Lions, at the Kidlat Festival from 12 to 14 April.
This means there will be six places up for grabs in Boracay:
Two for Adfest and Four for Cannes.
It’s the most there have ever been in a single Young Creatives Competition in the country.

Kidlat to award Philippines’ Ad of the Decade
A highlight of this year’s Kidlat Awards is the AD OF THE DECADE. All Ad of the Year top winners and Kidlat Awards gold winners from 2000 to 2009 in the TV, Print and Radio categories are eligible. They will not be charged entry fees but the entrants should resubmit the entries. Campaigns and public service ads are not eligible.
Now if you feel that you have other ads that are worthy of the honor, you can submit them upon payment of the P3000 entry fee for 4As members and P4000 for non-4As members. All entries must have aired between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2009.

2010 KIDLAT AWARDS COMPETITION RULES
Entry Eligibility:
- The competition is open to both 4As and non-4As member agencies.
- For single entries , each agency may submit as many pieces of its best work per medium. For campaign entries, each agency may submit as many of its best campaigns per medium for the year.
- Single entries must have been first aired or published within the competition year at least once. Airing dates are from January 1, 2009 to Dec 31, 2009.Film entries must have been aired at least once (1) on cable, television networks and shown inside commercial cinemas.
- Press entries must have been published at least once (1) in newspapers and/or magazines.
- Radio entries must have been aired at least once (1) on radio networks. Continue reading…

Kidlat Awards Festival 2010: PURE CREATIVITY
The 2010 Kidlat Awards Festival will again be held at the Boracay Regency Hotel this year. The dates to mark are Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 April.
